What to Expect After Submitting a Request
Here is what happens after you submit a support request to Media Garcia.
After you submit a support ticket, here is what to expect:
1. Confirmation email: You will receive an automatic confirmation email with your ticket number within a few minutes.
2. Triage and assignment: Our team reviews and categorizes your ticket by priority. P1 (Urgent) tickets are escalated immediately.
3. First response: A team member will contact you within the timeframe defined by your ticket priority (see Our Service Level Agreements).
4. Updates: You will receive email notifications whenever your ticket status changes or a team member adds a note.
5. Resolution: Once your issue is resolved, we will confirm with you before closing the ticket. You have 72 hours to reopen if the issue recurs.
