To check the status of your support ticket, look for the latest email update from Media Garcia. Each update includes your ticket's current status, and you can reply directly with questions or additional details.
Open: Your ticket has been received and is in queue.
In Progress: A team member is actively working on your request.
Waiting on Client: We need additional information from you before we can proceed.
Resolved: Your issue has been addressed. You have 72 hours to reopen if needed.
Closed: The ticket has been completed and verified.
You will receive email notifications when your ticket status changes. If you have questions about a specific ticket, reply directly to any of our email updates and your response will be added to the ticket automatically.
