How to Check Your Ticket Status

Track the progress of your support requests any time through the Media Garcia Customer Portal.

To check the status of your support ticket, log in to our Customer Portal and navigate to the Tickets section. Each ticket displays its current status:
 
Open: Your ticket has been received and is in queue.
In Progress: A team member is actively working on your request.
Waiting on Client: We need additional information from you before we can proceed.
Resolved: Your issue has been addressed. You have 72 hours to reopen if needed.
Closed: The ticket has been completed and verified.
 
You will also receive email notifications when your ticket status changes. If you have questions about a specific ticket, reply directly to any of our email updates and your response will be added to the ticket automatically.
